We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is 5–8 business days from the day your order ships. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically, and you can follow your package the whole way.

Delays

Carriers occasionally run late. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 days, email us and we'll chase it for you. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund or a free reshipment — your choice.

Address changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering at henkopmarkplaats@gmail.com and we'll update it before dispatch.
