30-Day Fit Guarantee

If the Crisply Skewer Rack doesn't fit your air fryer — or you simply change your mind — you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hoops.

How to start a return

1. Email us at henkopmarkplaats@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you the moment it's processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — those are on us.

Wrong or lost orders

Received the wrong item, or tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of ordering? Full refund or free reshipment — your choice.
